研究方向:
利用新型聚集诱导发光分子探针、免疫佐剂或光催化剂来研究免疫组织和肿瘤微环境中从小分子、大分子到细胞层次上的免疫调节方法和作用机制。
1. 营养物以及代谢物在免疫组织和肿瘤微环境中的作用过程研究。利用聚集诱导发光分子探针标记营养物及代谢物以研究其在组织、类器官、活体动物层次上的时空分布和生物过程。
2. 研发新型佐剂通过激活特定免疫细胞以辅助增强肿瘤疫苗的功效。设计和合成新型聚集诱导发光材料或者聚合物佐剂,筛选出有效的免疫佐剂,并且研究其作用机制。
3. 研发光催化邻近生物标记的工具,以研究肿瘤微环境中免疫细胞之间或生物分子之间的互作关系。
